reporting activities to the business and Corporate through accurate preparation and reporting of monthly financial results in accordance with applicable policies.\nThe role includes accounts preparation, reporting, analysis, budgeting and business partnering to commercial team, including internal control review.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nControlling\nResponsible for keeping full set of accounts.\nResponsible for ensuring accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger processing is processed accurately and in a timely manner.\nCashflow Management.\nTrade spends and other claims monitoring and review.\nInventory reconciliation.\nReporting of financial results using corporate reporting tools and system.\nMonthly analysis of financial results in financial reports (PL, BS).\nEnsure accuracy of payroll reporting.\nOverseeing the integrity of accounting processes, maintaining, and improving internal controls relating to collection and payments.\nEnsures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.\nKeep up to date with accounting standard changes.\nTaxation Management\nPrepare tax provisions schedules, local income tax returns and other business-related filings, payments, reports.\nResponsible for tax return submission.\nResponsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year.\nLiaise with tax agent, bank, auditors, legal counsel, government authorities and distributors.\nKeep up to date with tax changes and review tax assessment.\nCorporate Governance\nEnsure Corporate Governance.\nEnsure an adequate and effective internal control systems are in place and are implemented to properly safeguard company assets and accuracy of accounting records.\nEnsure on-going improvement of accounting processes and procedures.\nEnsure segregation of duties are in
