Hybrid\nJob Description \nThe Cx Brand Manager will help translate the strategy for Consumer brands (Cetaphil, Benzac, Onilaq) into a local market plan to maximize brand value, achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets, and manage the local marketing mix within the budget. Additionally, it involves exploring new market opportunities, understanding the consumers and patients journey, monitoring the market, and creating action plans, also towards an integrated approach.\nAll actions must comply with national laws (like Law 231 and D.lgs 81/08), Galderma's Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code), and any other relevant codes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and working instructions.\nKey Main Responsibilities \nDevelop effective promotional and communication plan for Cx portfolio tailored to each channel in conformity with objectives and global guidelines, collaborating with trade marketing specialist. \nResponsible for the management of the budget, keeping it under control\nAnalyze market data, competitive intelligence, and consumers/HCPs insights to refine tactical execution - and collaborate for forecasting of product demand, with Sales, Market Intelligence and Supply\nDrive customer engagement to win at shelf - both physical and digital\nBuild and monitor the sampling strategy\nCreates and adapt promotional materials, cooperating with agencies, and in collaboration with internal stakeholders\nStrictly collaborate with agencies and internal shareholders for Media Strategies, and coordinate assets localization and creation\nBe a key point of reference for Sales and strictly collaborate with Medical team\nActively collaborate cross-function and cross-BUs, for Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS)\nSkills & Qualifications \nUniversity Degree with a Marketing/Economic background\n5 to 8 years experience in Marketing (Product/Brand Management) of Pharma/FMCG industry (consumer focus / dermo-cosmetic experience)\nStrong practical knowledge or experience in Sales in Pharma is a plus\nProven experience in marketing rounded role, mixing qualitative and analytics tasks\nSound Digital experience and knowledge\nKnowledge of Medical Visit strategy and congresses is considered a plus\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.\nFluent in Business English (Italian mother tongue preferably)\nOffice tools\nVeeva Vault knowledge (nice to have)\nPrevious experience working in a matrix organization with international
