With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.\nEMEAC Compliance Lead\nLondon, UK\nAs part of Galderma's Global Ethics & Compliance team, the EMEAC Compliance Lead will play a key role in supporting the delivery of compliance programmes across the region.\nWorking closely with Global Compliance, regional Legal teams and Country Compliance Officers, you will act as the link between global priorities and local implementation, helping to prioritise initiatives, coordinate activities and ensure effective execution across EMEAC.\nThis role offers the opportunity to broaden your regional experience, work with stakeholders across multiple markets and contribute to the continued development of Galderma's compliance programmes.\nBased in London, you'll report directly to the Global Head of Ethics & Compliance.\nKey responsibilities\nDrive the implementation of global ethics and compliance programmes, policies and initiatives across EMEAC.\nAct as the key link between Global Compliance, regional Legal teams and Country Compliance Officers.\nWork with local stakeholders to prioritise compliance activities and support their effective delivery across markets.\nMonitor progress, identify gaps and follow up on actions to ensure timely execution.\nSupport regional compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities and remediation plans.\nProvide regular updates on compliance activities, key priorities and programme progress.\nIdentify opportunities to improve compliance processes and promote a consistent approach across the region.\nYour profile\nIdeally 6 to 10 years' experience in Ethics & Compliance within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or wider life sciences industry.\nStrong understanding of healthcare compliance programmes, relevant regulations and industry codes.\nExperience implementing compliance initiatives within an international or matrix organisation.\nExperience working across multiple markets or a regional cluster would be an advantage.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across different levels.\nWell organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and see initiatives through to completion.\nA practical, collaborative approach, with sound judgement and the ability to work independently.\nWhat we offer in return\nA collaborative and international working environment.\nThe opportunity to take ownership of compliance activities across a diverse region.\nExposure to global and regional stakeholders.\nOpportunities for professional development and career progression.\nCompetitive compensation package, including bonus and benefits.\nNext Steps\nIf your profile matches our requirements, the recruitment process will include:\nInitial virtual conversation with Talent Acquisition.\nInterviews with key stakeholders from Global Ethics & Compliance and regional Legal teams.\nOur people make a difference\nAt Galderma, you'll work with people who are like you, and people who are different.
