This role ensures seamless execution of product launches by working closely with cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and aligning with regulatory and business objectives to ensure timely and successful market entry. The Global Launch Manager will also focus on reviewing the product portfolio, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements to enhance overall launch performance\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Launch Planning & Execution:\nDevelop and implement comprehensive global launch plans, defining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.\nLead cross-functional coordination across global, regional and local R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other Operations to ensure smooth product introductions.\nAdapt global launch strategies to local market requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment between global and regional teams throughout the launch proc.\nCollaborate within Operations, R&D, GPS and Commercial teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.\n2. Launch Performance Monitoring & Reporting:\nTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate launch success and identify areas for improvement.\nConduct post-launch evaluations, capturing lessons learned and best practices for future launches.\nProvide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency in launch progress and performance.\n3. Compliance & Documentation:\nEnsure all product launches comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and market-specific requirements.\nMaintain accurate documentation of launch activities, approvals, and timelines for tracking and auditing purposes.\n4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:\nFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful collaboration and execution.\nWork effectively within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team, ensuring mutual support and effective cooperation on product launch initiatives.\n5.
