With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.\nJob Title: IT Business Analyst WMS\nLocation: Cracow, Hybrid (3 days a week from office)\nJob Description:\nThe IT Business Analyst WMS acts as the link between Business and IT, supporting Operations Supply Chain service owners by bringing transparency, alignment, and guidance across both functions for warehouse management-related topics. The role helps maximize value from IT solutions by supporting strategic planning, roadmap development, and continuous process improvement across the IT for Operations landscape.\nThis role works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to define demand, shape requirements, support solution design and delivery, and ensure business value is realized over time. The position also plays an important role in strengthening warehouse process capabilities, improving system performance and service levels, and supporting high-quality master data across supply chain, serialization, and traceability processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify, assess, and shape demand in line with business and IT strategy.\nAnalyze existing processes, requirements, data, and trends to define scope and identify opportunities for simplification, efficiency, and enhancement.\nLead scoping and qualification activities for business demands, clarifying requirements and engaging the right internal and external partners where needed.\nSupport strategic planning and roadmap creation, including resource forecasting, milestone definition, and budget planning.\nContribute to solution design, delivery, deployment, and run activities, including business case development, benefit tracking, and support readiness.\nManage external partners and suppliers supporting ongoing operations and continuous improvements, acting as an escalation point where required.\nCollaborate across IT and business teams to improve service levels, security compliance, user satisfaction, and the overall value delivered by systems supporting warehouse and master data processes.\nSkills & Qualifications:\nSolid experience as an IT Business Analyst in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management environments.\n Hands-on expertise with a Warehouse Management System (Infor WMS experience is a strong plus )\nStrong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes (inbound, cross-docking, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, replenishment) and the ability to translate physical operations into system logic.\nProven ability to map as-is and to-be processes and perform gap analysis to align business needs with standard WMS capabilities.\nGood knowledge of WMS integration with other systems (such as ERP, TMS, and material handling equipment).\nExperience gathering, shaping, and documenting business requirements and translating them into scalable IT solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business teams, IT teams, and external partners.\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWhat we offer in return:\nYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.\nYou will receive a competitive compensation package with bonus structure and extended benefit package.\nYou will participate in feedback loops, during which a personalized career path will be established.\nYou will be joining a growing company that believes in ownership from day one where everyone is empowered to grow and to take on accountability.\nNext Steps:\nIf your application is successful and your profile matches our requirements, you will be invited to a first virtual conversation with the recruiter.\nThe process will then continue with interviews involving the hiring manager and selected team members, giving you the opportunity to meet people from different levels and areas of the organization and to gain broader perspectives on the role, the team, and the business.\nOur people make a difference\nAt Galderma, you’ll work with people who are like you.
