input to and lead the implementation of IT strategy within the region, driving priorities to deliver systems, process improvements, and IT services in alignment with overall business strategy, objectives, guidelines, and policies.\nAct as a business partner to local leadership, ensuring IT solutions address business needs effectively and efficiently.\nLead the local IT team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and alignment with regional and global IT objectives.\nERP and Business Intelligence\nAddress ERP system issues in coordination with Shared Services, providing timely follow-up and effective communication with the business.\nMaintain and enhance ERP knowledge across local teams, ensuring alignment with global systems such as iScala ERP (preferred).\nDrive and support BI initiatives by implementing and optimizing tools such as Azure DataBricks and Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.\nWith a reduced team, be responsible for operational activities, addressing issues with consultancies, and realize administrative work.\nSupport Latam IT and Latam Business needs to deliver the Regional Goals.\nProject and Application Management\nSupport and maintain the local application portfolio and ensure its alignment with business needs and global standards.\nManage and provide updates on the execution of local IT projects and initiatives.\nCoordinate closely with business teams to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement through IT solutions (local, regional or global).\nIT Operations\nManage and ensure vendors and suppliers deliver services as per SLAs.\nOversee end-user support services and ensure proper escalation to global IT teams or 3rd parties when necessary.\nEnsure efficient implementation and operation of IT infrastructure to support the business effectively.\nCommunication and Reporting\nCollaborate with local business leaders to communicate corporate IT projects, ensuring their alignment and success in local implementation. \nPrepare and present performance reports to upper management, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas of improvement. \nServe as a trusted advisor to local management on IT-related matters, supporting sustainable business growth.\nSecurity and Compliance\nEnsure IT security and compliance with corporate standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.\nPromote IT security awareness and best practices across the local organization.\nFinance\nFollow up and control local IT budget trends and actuals.\nAssist in the definition and management of the local IT budget in line with corporate directives.\nTraining and Guidance\nGuide and train management and supervisors on IT topics relevant to their roles.\nOrganize and implement training programs for staff to enhance their understanding and utilization of IT systems and tools.\nFacilitate the sharing and adoption of IT best practices across the organization.\nSkills & Qualifications\n Strong Background in IT: 8+ years in IT leadership roles, with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, iScala ERP preferred) and BI tools (e.g., Azure DataBricks, Power BI).\n Business Partnership: Demonstrated ability to work closely with business teams to understand needs, propose solutions, and deliver results.\nBroad knowledge of and experience in IT infrastructure, tools, and applications.\nStrong project and portfolio management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.\nStrong relationship
