This role plays a critical part in cross-functional projects involving new product launches, SKU creation, product lifecycle management, and ongoing master data governance.\nThe position partners closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure that all product-related information is accurately created, maintained, and updated throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, the role supports business performance tracking through data analysis, KPI management, reporting, and process automation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Master Data Management\nEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of product master data across the region.\nCreate, maintain, and update product information within relevant systems.\nManage SKU creation, modifications, product extensions, and product discontinuations.\nMonitor and correct data inconsistencies, stock-related discrepancies, and master data issues.\nMaintain governance standards and data quality controls for product information.\nProject Management & Product Launch Support\nSupport regional and cross-functional projects involving new product introductions and portfolio changes.\nCoordinate master data requirements throughout each project stage.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure all required product information is available and validated.\nEnsure products are fully set up with the necessary costing, supply, logistics, and commercial information before launch.\nTrack project milestones and ensure master data deliverables are completed on time.\nReporting & Business Performance\nDevelop and maintain KPIs related to master data quality, product portfolio management, and supply performance.\nSupport the consolidation and analysis of key business metrics, including forecasts, sales performance, inventory, and product portfolio indicators.\nGenerate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency.\nData Governance & Continuous Improvement\nPromote data governance best practices across the organization.\nDrive initiatives focused on data quality, standardization, automation, and process optimization.\nSupport the development of automated reporting and data management solutions.\nPartner with stakeholders to improve data-related processes and controls.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.\nExperience\nExperience in Master Data Management, Supply Chain, Product Management, Data Governance, or related areas.\nExperience supporting cross-functional projects and product launch initiatives.\nExposure to supply chain processes, product lifecycle management, or business operations.\nExperience working with large datasets and reporting tools.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Excel.\nPower BI (dashboard development and reporting).\nData analysis and reporting.\nProcess automation and continuous improvement.\nKnowledge of Master Data Governance principles.\nERP systems experience (SAP preferred).\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nProject management and coordination capabilities.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
