Join us to make a direct impact and help shape the future of dermatology.\nWe are looking for a Global PV Associate - Analytics & Reporting to support pharmacovigilance activities for our global portfolio of marketed medicinal and cosmetic products, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance and effective post-marketing safety surveillance.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine global pharmacovigilance activities, including aggregate reporting, signal detection and management, literature monitoring, and risk management.\nLead and coordinate the preparation and review of aggregate safety reports, ensuring scientific quality, accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and timelines.\nProvide scientific oversight of external pharmacovigilance service providers.\nSupport regulatory submissions, marketing authorisation maintenance and responses to requests from health authorities.\nContribute as a subject matter expert to upgrades and improvements of pharmacovigilance databases and tools.\nPrepare and maintain departmental quality documents, support process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.\nIdeal Profile\nDegree in Pharmacy or another relevant scientific discipline, with at least five years of experience in life sciences.\nSignificant experience in pharmacovigilance, particularly post-marketing safety activities at a global or headquarters level.\nStrong knowledge of post-marketing pharmacovigilance regulations for medicinal products, with an understanding of relevant cosmetics regulations and industry best practices.\nExtensive experience in aggregate reporting, risk management methodologies and signal detection for medicinal products.\nExperience collaborating with external service providers, local affiliates and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.\nExcellent written and spoken English.\nWhat We Offer in Return\nThe opportunity to contribute to global pharmacovigilance activities within a leading dermatology company.\nAn international and collaborative working environment.\nOpportunities to develop your expertise and contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nThe chance to make a meaningful impact on product safety and patient well-being.\nNext Steps\nOur recruitment process typically includes an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition, an interview with the Hiring Manager and further discussions with relevant stakeholders.\nOur people make a difference.
