With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create an unparalleled, direct impact.\nJob Title: Senior Project Manager ( GxP)\nLocation: Krakow/Poland - 4 days/week onsite (Unity Tower)\nAbout the Role\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution and governance of complex IT delivery projects in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, with a strong focus on GxP compliance, validation, quality, audit readiness and controlled delivery.\nYou will be expected to bring deep practical knowledge of GxP requirements and proven experience delivering validated systems and regulated change initiatives. The role requires the ability to translate compliance expectations into robust project plans, ensure documentation and validation deliverables are completed to the required standard, and confidently engage with Quality, Business, IT and external partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nMain Responsibilities\nLead the planning, implementation and delivery of complex IT projects and programmes in GxP-regulated environments.\nCoordinate multiple interrelated projects while maintaining strong control over GxP impacts, validation dependencies, quality risks and regulatory commitments.\nEnsure projects are delivered in line with agreed methodologies, governance standards, budgets, timelines, GxP expectations, validation requirements and quality procedures.\nDrive and monitor completion of key GxP delivery artefacts, including validation strategy inputs, risk assessments, requirements documentation, test evidence, traceability, approvals and controlled release documentation.\nPartner closely with Quality, CSV/validation, IT, business process owners and external providers to ensure compliant delivery from initiation through hypercare and handover.\nMaintain inspection-ready project documentation and proactively address gaps that could impact validation, data integrity, audit readiness or operational compliance.\nKey Requirements\n8-10 years of experience in project, programme or transformation management, with significant hands-on experience delivering GxP-regulated IT projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environments.\nDeep understanding of GxP principles and regulated delivery expectations, including computer system validation, data integrity, change control, risk-based validation, testing evidence, traceability and release approval processes.\nProven ability to work effectively with Quality Assurance, validation teams, business process owners and IT stakeholders to ensure project delivery remains compliant, controlled and audit-ready.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, financial tracking, resource planning and the additional controls required for validated GxP delivery.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to set clear expectations for compliant, high-quality GxP delivery.\nExcellent project and programme management capabilities across regulated, validated and quality-critical delivery projects.\nAnalytical mindset, problem-solving skills and sound judgement, especially when managing compliance risks, validation issues and quality-related delivery decisions.\nWhat we offer in return:\nYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.\nYou will receive a competitive compensation package with bonus structure and extended benefit package.\nYou will be able to work in a hybrid work culture.\nYou will participate in feedback loops, during which a personalized career path will be established.\nYou will be joining a growing company that believes in ownership from day one where everyone is empowered to grow and to take on accountability.\n\nNext Steps:\nIf your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first virtual conversation with the recruiter.\nThe next step is a virtual conversation with the hiring manager and the wider team. \nThe final step is an in-person interview with the local HRBP\n\nOur people make a difference\nAt Galderma, you’ll work with people who are like you.
