We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT System Administrator to drive transformation and reliability, performance and security of our local manufacturing IT infrastructure and systems.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day Factory IT operations, maintaining business-critical systems and network infrastructure in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will work closely with local production teams, automation, engineering, Global IT and IT colleagues across our manufacturing sites to ensure operational continuity, compliance and continuous improvement.\nYou will also contribute to IT projects and digital transformation initiatives, develop standardized, secure and scalable IT solutions across our factories.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure the availability, continuity and performance of local Factory IT systems and network infrastructure.\nManage daily IT operations, including system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support.\nProactively identify and resolve infrastructure and system issues to minimize production downtime.\nIT Security and Compliance\nEnsure Factory IT systems and infrastructure comply with applicable GxP requirements, cybersecurity policies and Global IT standards.\nImplement and maintain appropriate security controls, including access management, system patching and vulnerability management.\nSupport audits, risk assessments, change management and compliance activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\nInfrastructure and Architecture\nMaintain and develop local Factory IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, manufacturing-related IT systems in collaboration with Global IT\nEnsure local infrastructure architecture remains aligned with Global IT standards, strategies and directives.\nMaintain technical documentation, system configurations, operating procedures and infrastructure diagrams.\nCollaboration and Global Support\nCollaborate with Global IT and Factory IT teams across manufacturing sites to share technical knowledge and best practices.\nContribute to the development of standardized IT solutions and global support capabilities for Factory IT systems and infrastructure.\nAct as a technical expert and escalation point for local infrastructure and system-related incidents.\nProjects and Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in and lead IT and digitalization projects.\nSupport the implementation and integration of new manufacturing IT systems and technologies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, automation and efficiency.\nDesirable experience\nPrevious experience in pharmaceutical, life science or other regulated manufacturing environments.\nFamiliarity with GxP, GAMP 5 and computerized system validation (CSV).\nExperience supporting manufacturing-related systems, such as MES, SCADA or other industrial IT/OT solutions.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid IT environments.\nExperience working within global IT organizations and collaborating across multiple manufacturing sites.\nQualifications and Experience\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience in IT system administration, infrastructure operations or a similar technical role.\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization and enterprise networking.\nExperience with IT infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery.\nGood understanding of IT security principles, access management and system lifecycle management.\nExperience maintaining technical documentation and working with structured incident, problem and change management processes.\nExcellent communication skills in Swedish and English.\nPersonal Qualities\nYou are a service-oriented and collaborative professional who takes ownership of your responsibilities.
