You will own the automation strategy for your team, lead from the front, and bring a quality engineering mindset to everything you do. If you are already experimenting with AI in your day-to-day QA work - we want to talk.\nWhat You Will Do -\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, driving quality across one or more delivery models\n- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks - UI, API, and data validation\n- Write and review test strategies, test plans, and test cases from requirements and user stories - not just from builds\n- Actively explore and adopt AI tools to accelerate test design, script generation, defect analysis, and visual validation\n- Use AI-assisted approaches to keep pace with fast-moving, AI-driven development cycles\n- Own regression strategy - risk-based and intelligent, not brute-force\n- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and delivery leads\n- Share quality insights in a way that makes sense to the business\nWhat We Are Looking For -\n\n- 8 - 10 years of QA/SDET experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity\n- Strong hands-on with Playwright or Selenium - Python preferred\n- Solid API testing experience - Postman, REST-assured, or scripted API validation\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines - GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar\n- Actively using AI tools in your QA workflow - ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar for test generation, script scaffolding, or defect pattern analysis.\n- Awareness of where AI helps in QA and where human judgment still leads - you know the difference\n- Ability to automate fast - when a new build drops, you are not starting from scratch, your framework is ready\n- Strong understanding of QA processes - SDLC, defect lifecycle, test strategy, risk-based testing\n- Experience with performance testing is a plus - Locust, JMeter, or k6\n- Exposure to visual regression or accessibility testing is a plus\n- Good communication skills - able to translate quality signals into business language\nThe Kind of Person We Want -\n\n- Someone who does not wait for QA to slow down delivery - they build the systems that prevent it\n- Curious about where AI is taking QA and already experimenting with it\n- Comfortable saying \"I can automate that\" - and then doing it\n- Proactively identifying risk -
