with Product, Design, Development, and Content teams to ensure high-quality delivery of digital products and web applications.\n* Design, execute, and maintain effective test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites for new features and enhancements.\n* Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while providing clear risk assessments and quality recommendations.\n* Perform functional, integration, regression, cross-browser, and responsive testing across web platforms.\n* Contribute to test automation initiatives by developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.\n* Leverage AI-powered tools and assistants to improve test design, test coverage, defect analysis, and overall QA efficiency.\n* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, release validation, and quality planning discussions.\n* Support content and platform validation activities for CMS-driven websites, including migration and transformation initiatives where applicable.\nWho You Are\n* 2-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance for web applications and digital platforms.\n* Strong understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.\n* Experience in functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.\n* Good understanding of test automation concepts and hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.\n* Programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.\n* Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent.\n* Familiarity with AI-assisted testing approaches and the effective use of AI tools to improve QA productivity and quality outcomes.\n* Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.\n* Self-driven, adaptable, and passionate about continuously learning emerging technologies and QA practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\n* Experience testing WordPress and/or Contentful-based websites and digital experiences.\n* Exposure to website migration projects, particularly CMS migration initiatives.\n* Knowledge of accessibility (ADA/WCAG), SEO validation, and web performance testing.\n* Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps
