You'll work closely with producers, distributors, partners and industry stakeholders to expand eShepherd's presence across the UK and Europe.\nYou'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to solution design, commercial negotiation and closing deals.\nWhat you'll be doing\nIdentify, target and convert new business opportunities across the UK and European market\n\nBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects\n\nDevelop trusted relationships with farmers, producers, partners and distributors\n\nUnderstand customer challenges and demonstrate the commercial and operational benefits of eShepherd\n\nDeliver consultative, solution-based sales conversations tailored to individual farming operations\n\nNegotiate proposals, agreements and commercial outcomes\n\nRepresent eShepherd at industry events, field days, conferences and customer demonstrations\n\nMonitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity\n\nMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting and CRM data\n\nWork collaboratively with Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams to support customer adoption and growth\n\nWhat you'll bring\nProven success in Business Development\n\nExperience generating new business and consistently delivering sales growth\n\nStrong solution-selling and relationship-building capability\n\nAgricultural, livestock, rural or AgTech industry experience preferred\n\nCommercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities\n\nExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills\n\nSelf-motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment\n\nAbility to travel throughout the UK and Europe as required\n\nWhy eShepherd?\nThis is an opportunity to join an exciting global growth story at a pivotal stage.
