You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience, ensuring orders move efficiently from placement through to dispatch, delivery and customer activation.\nThis is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support and Operations teams, as well as warehousing and freight partners. You’ll keep orders moving, proactively resolve issues and help us improve the systems and processes that support our continued growth.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate customer orders from placement through to delivery.\n\nManage customer account setup, data integrity and order processing.\n\nWork with warehousing and freight partners to ensure smooth logistics and fulfilment.\n\nMonitor stock levels and maintain accurate information across systems.\n\nKeep customers and internal teams informed on order status and delivery progress.\n\nSupport Customer Success, Sales and Technical Support teams with operational queries.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, systems and operational efficiency.\n\nProvide reporting and insights on customer and operational performance.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience in customer operations, sales support, logistics coordination or a similar role.\n\nStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\n\nExperience working with ERP, CRM or inventory management systems.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.\n\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership.\n\nAbility to
