You'll take ownership of our global demand planning processes, combining hands-on forecasting and analysis with the opportunity to influence strategy, improve processes and drive consistency across our international markets.\nA key focus of this role will be strengthening forecasting performance, developing our global planning standards and supporting the business requirements and adoption of our proposed SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation.\nThis is an opportunity for an established demand planning leader or an experienced senior planner ready to take the next step in their career. You'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership capability while remaining closely involved in the technical and operational aspects of demand planning.\nThe Fit\nYou'll be an experienced demand planning professional who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding the numbers and turning complex information into meaningful business insights. You're equally comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve better planning outcomes.\nYou may already be leading a demand planning function, or perhaps you're a senior planner who's ready to step into a formal leadership role. Either way, you'll bring strong technical capability, a collaborative approach and the confidence to take ownership, challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement.\nWe're looking for someone with:\nAt least five years' experience in demand planning, with strong exposure to forecasting processes, demand reviews and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nStrong analytical capability, including statistical forecasting, demand modelling, forecast accuracy and bias analysis.\n\nExperience working within complex manufacturing, technology or supply chain environments, ideally with exposure to international markets.\n\nA tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.\n\nThe ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions and build consensus across different business functions.\n\nExperience improving demand planning processes, systems and forecasting practices.\n\nStrong knowledge of ERP and enterprise planning systems, with advanced Excel and Power BI capability.\n\nAn understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and how demand forecasting supports broader business decisions.\n\nExperience supporting system implementations, process improvements or change initiatives.\n\nSAP planning knowledge, particularly SAP IBP Demand or APO-DP, would be advantageous.\n\nA proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills and
