# Demand Planning Manager

The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced demand planning professional to lead and strengthen our global demand planning function, improving forecasting accuracy, building planning capability and supporting informed business decisions across Gallagher's international operations. Reporting to the GM Supply Chain, you'll lead our central demand planning team and work closely with regional planning teams and stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Operations. You'll take ownership of our global demand planning processes, combining hands-on forecasting and analysis with the opportunity to influence strategy, improve processes and drive consistency across our international markets. A key focus of this role will be strengthening forecasting performance, developing our global planning standards and supporting the business requirements and adoption of our proposed SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation.
