optimising digital performance and helping build scalable programmes that support global expansion.\nWorking closely with marketing colleagues, regional teams, external partners and business leaders, scaling digital capability within a growing business.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop and execute eShepherd's global digital marketing strategy\n\nDrive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation, and digital campaigns\n\nManage agency and platform partnerships to ensure maximum performance and return on investment\n\nUse data, analytics, and experimentation to improve lead quality, pipeline contribution, and growth outcomes\n\nPartner with agencies and technology providers to maximise performance and innovation\n\nWork closely with regional marketing teams to enable consistent, scalable growth programmes worldwide\n\nIdentify emerging opportunities across digital platforms, marketing technology and AI-enabled solutions:\n\nInitially, this will look like\nAssessing current digital performance and identifying the biggest growth opportunities across markets\n\nOptimising paid search, social, website, and lead generation activities to improve customer acquisition\n\nStrengthening marketing automation capabilities to enhance lead nurturing and lifecycle engagement\n\nBuilding actionable dashboards that connect marketing performance to commercial outcomes\n\nDeveloping scalable playbooks that can be replicated as new regions launch\n\nThe Fit\nYou'll bring a combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and strong digital marketing expertise.\nYou'll likely come from a digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or customer acquisition background and have a track record of delivering measurable business
