Electronics Engineer to join our New Ventures team and help develop the next generation of products powering this globally growing solution.\nThe Opportunity\nThis is a hands-on senior engineering role where you'll contribute advanced technical expertise across the full product development lifecycle, from concept and circuit design through to prototyping, testing, validation, and production implementation.\nWorking within multidisciplinary teams, you'll design robust, cost-effective electronic solutions, solve complex technical challenges, and help ensure our products deliver exceptional quality, reliability, and performance in demanding real-world environments.\nYou'll also contribute to technical reviews, support engineering best practice, and help mentor developing engineers within the team.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDesign electronic circuit solutions for new and existing products\n\nDevelop prototypes and support products from concept through production\n\nConduct testing, validation, and root-cause analysis to ensure product performance\n\nEnsure designs comply with EMC, electrical safety, and regulatory requirements\n\nSupport technical reviews and contribute to sound engineering decision-making\n\nCollaborate with Product, Software, Manufacturing, Procurement, and NPI teams\n\nBuild strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners\n\nSupport continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies\n\nMentor and support the development of fellow engineers\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor of Electrical Engineering or a related qualification\n\n3+ years' experience in a product development\n\nProven experience developing commercial electronic products\n\nStrong analogue and digital electronics design capability\n\nExperience with PCB CAD and electronics design tools\n\nUnderstanding of EMC compliance and electrical safety standards\n\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex electronic faults\n\nStrong communication,
