Our manufacturing and engineering teams are critical to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality products and this role plays a key part in that mission.\nThe Opportunity\nWe're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our Final Assembly team and drive safety, quality, delivery, and people performance across our manufacturing operation including eShepeard assembly.\nReporting to the Production Manager, you'll coordinate people, resources, training priorities, and production activities to ensure customer demand is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a pivotal role in developing team capability, driving continuous improvement, and creating a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and customer commitments are met.\n\nCoordinate labour, skills, and resources to maximise productivity and operational performance.\n\nSetting expectations, guiding performance, and recognising achievements.\n\nSupporting training, development, and continuous growth opportunities.\n\nAllocating resources effectively and adapting to changing priorities.\n\nChampioning continuous improvement, problem-solving, and Lean Manufacturing practices.\n\nLeading by example in health, safety, and quality.\n\nCollaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Stores, and other manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nHave previous experience in a manufacturing, production or operational environment in a Supervisory or Team Leader role.\n\nExperience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.\n\nCommunicates effectively and builds positive relationships across the business.\n\nExperience with continuous improvement tools, production systems, and manufacturing -performance metrics is desirable.\n\nHas experience or a strong interest in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and waste reduction principles.\n\nIs a practical problem solver who can make sound decisions under pressure.\n\nLeads by example and isn't
