If you're driven by passion and purpose to protect what matters most, come help shape the future of what's possible with us.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Product Manager to join our Cloud Services value stream and help shape the future of Gallagher's cloud-based security solutions.\nCloud Services is an important part of Gallagher's evolving product portfolio, focused on delivering connected, scalable and easy-to-use security solutions for customers around the world.\nWorking closely with Product Owners, engineering teams and commercial stakeholders, you'll help shape product strategy, identify market opportunities and drive commercial performance. You'll be involved in everything from understanding customer needs and setting product direction through to supporting launches, sales enablement and day-to-day product activities.\nThis is a highly collaborative, hands-on role combining strategic thinking, commercial decision-making and practical execution. You'll work across Gallagher to turn customer insights into product improvements, support investment decisions and help drive adoption, growth and customer value.\nThis opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, working across different teams and balancing the bigger picture with getting things done.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs, market opportunities and industry trends.\n\nOwn product strategy, roadmaps and priorities that deliver customer value and business growth.\n\nDevelop product positioning, value propositions and pricing strategies, including SaaS and subscription models.\n\nPrepare business cases, product analysis and recommendations to support investment and prioritisation decisions.\n\nWork closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to support product development, priorities and delivery.\n\nSupport day-to-day product activities, including product information, sales enquiries, customer feedback and continuous improvements.\n\nCollaborate with global sales teams, distributors and channel partners on product launches, sales enablement and go-to-market activities.\n\nMonitor product performance, customer adoption and profitability, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nYou'll Bring\nExperience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar product-focused role.\n\nStrong customer empathy and the ability to identify market opportunities and unmet needs.\n\nUnderstanding of cloud software, SaaS or subscription business models would be advantageous.\n\nExperience developing product strategies, business cases and go-to-market approaches.\n\nStrong commercial acumen and confidence using data to support decision-making.\n\nExperience working with commercial teams and sales channels to drive product adoption.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.\n\nA collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.\n\nWorking at Gallagher\nYou'll be part of a global, future-focused organisation where innovation, customer success, and product excellence are highly valued.
