Through structured investigations, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, you'll identify root causes, influence product priorities and help improve the reliability of a globally deployed IoT platform.\nIf you enjoy solving complex engineering problems and seeing your work make a measurable impact, you'll thrive here.\nWhat you'll do\nYou'll lead investigations into product reliability and performance issues across the global eShepherd platform, and:\nTurn warranty data, field insights and customer feedback into product improvements\n\nDrive structured root cause investigations that deliver permanent solutions-not temporary fixes.\n\nPartner with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Success to prioritise and implement product improvements.\n\nBuild reliability reporting that helps engineering teams make better product decisions.\n\nSupport regional Service Engineers and On-Farm Technical Support teams with complex product investigations.\n\nChampion continuous improvement by strengthening systems, processes\n\nOccasional travel to support field investigations and work alongside regional teams\n\nWhat you'll bring\nYou'll likely have experience in Product Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, Quality Engineering, Field Engineering or another technical discipline where you've investigated product performance and improved complex products.\nYou're an engineer who enjoys getting to the bottom of complex problems.
