You'll diagnose and repair returned equipment, support customer and partner enquiries, validate product updates, and collaborate closely with engineering, operations and customer success teams to improve product performance across the field.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDiagnose, troubleshoot and repair eShepherd products to component level\n\nRefurbish and test returned equipment ready for redeployment\n\nInvestigate warranty returns and identify root causes\n\nSupport customer and partner technical enquiries\n\nValidate firmware updates and product releases\n\nCapture service insights and provide feedback to engineering teams\n\nAssist in developing service procedures and troubleshooting resources\n\nHelp drive continuous improvement across service operations and customer support activities\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nElectronics, IT, electrical or related technical qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience\n\nExperience diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment\n\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills\n\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities\n\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nProactive, solutions-focused approach\n\nExperience with IoT devices, firmware updates, CRM systems or inventory management platforms is advantageous\n\nWhy This Role Stands Out\nThis is more than a repair and support role.
