As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with eShepherd leaders to find and secure the talent needed to fuel its next stage of global growth.\nYou’ll own end-to-end recruitment across technology, sales and commercial, marketing, and specialist roles, combining proactive sourcing with smart, market-led hiring strategies. More than filling vacancies, you’ll shape talent pipelines, influence decisions and create an experience that makes exceptional people want to join eShepherd.\nThis is a visible, hands-on role with real impact.
