The territory includes Virginia, West Virginia and the Carolinas. The ideal candidate would be based in Virginia. This role comes with a company vehicle, as the majority of your time will be spent on the road visiting farms, ranches, and retail partners.\nWhat You’ll be Doing\nExecute an approved annual regional sales plan.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers/ranchers.\n\nConduct on-farm/ranch consultations and product demonstrations.\n\nProvide in-store merchandising support including displays and POP materials.\n\nDeliver expert troubleshooting and product recommendations to end users and dealers.\n\nIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities.\n\nTravel extensively within the territory to maximize growth potential.\n\nUse CRM tools to plan, track, and report on activities.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nThe Fit\nWe’re seeking a driven and personable Territory Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based role. You’ll be the face of Gallagher in your region, building strong relationships with dealers and end users while driving sales growth and market expansion. Ideal candidates have:\nA passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of farm/ranch operations.\n\nAre a natural relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAre self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.\n\nEnjoy being on the road and engaging directly with customers.\n\nAre confident presenting and demonstrating products in both one-on-one and group settings.\n\nCan troubleshoot and recommend solutions with a consultative approach.\n\nAre tech-savvy and able to use CRM tools to manage your territory effectively.\n\nAre flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and travel demands.\n\nTo be successful, you’ll also need:\nA 4-year college degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.\n\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\n\nAbility to pass a drug screening and background check.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.\n\nPrevious Territory Management experience in the agricultural marketplace.\n\nProven track record of strong sales growth and achievement.\n\nWhy Gallagher?\nAt Gallagher, we foster a supportive and family-friendly work environment where innovation and people come first.
