In this role, you'll work alongside senior designers and engineers to create intuitive, impactful solutions for military logistics decision making. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to national defense while developing your design career in a fast-paced startup environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollaborate with senior designers to create user interfaces and experiences that serve the unique needs of military logistics operations\n\nDevelop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard design tools\n\nConduct user research and testing with military stakeholders to validate design decisions\n\nSupport the creation of visual design systems that maintain consistency across our brand and products\n\nWork closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs\n\nParticipate in design reviews and contribute to product strategy discussions\n\nDocument design decisions and maintain design specifications\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nUS Citizenship (required for working with defense-related projects)\n\nBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field\n\n1-2 years of product design experience, preferably in a startup environment\n\nProficiency with design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design/prototyping tools\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design capabilities\n\nExcellent visual design skills with attention to detail\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally for user research and client meetings\n\nBonus Points\nExperience with or interest in defense/military applications\n\nFamiliarity with agile development processes\n\nKnowledge of design systems and component libraries\n\nExperience conducting user research and usability testing\n\nUnderstanding of accessibility standards and requirements\n\nMission and Identity\nWe are building the system that enables faster, smarter logistics decisions in contested environments, and we're doing it with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and technologists who have built and scaled solutions in this space before.
