Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, you will gather and analyse requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure solutions are successfully delivered across data, integration, application development, AI, and master data management initiatives.\nWhat you will be doing:\nEngage with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, opportunities and project requirements. \nGather, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements. \nFacilitate workshops, meetings and process reviews to define business needs and desired outcomes. \nAnalyse current business processes, systems and data flows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.\nCreate user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and other business analysis documentation. \nSupport the evaluation of solution options, considering business value, risks, costs, dependencies and benefits. \nBuild strong working relationships with business users, subject matter experts, suppliers and technical delivery teams.\nAct as a key point of contact between stakeholders and development teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements. \nSupport data, integration, application development and master data management projects throughout the delivery lifecycle. \nHelp prioritise requirements and maintain traceability from business need through to delivered solution. \nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning test scenarios, engaging users and tracking outcomes. \nMonitor and manage defects, ensuring solutions meet agreed business requirements. \nApply business analysis best practices and contribute to consistent project delivery standards.\nProvide constructive challenge and recommendations to improve business processes and digital solutions\nAbout you:\nPrevious experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business change, systems or process improvement role.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and requirements gathering skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to work across both business and technical teams.\nUnderstanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches, with experience supporting testing and change activities.\nOrganised, collaborative and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach and strong Microsoft 365 skills.\nWhat We Can Offer in Return:\nWith an impressive order book of over £4.3 billion we are one of the industry’s leading principal contractors, affording you the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects offering you stability as well as the chance to stretch your capabilities and realise long held career goals.
