future of our business.\nPurpose of the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Digital Construction Manager to join our Digital team and support projects across our Midlands and West region.\nReporting to the Head of Digital, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that digital construction, information management and BIM requirements are successfully implemented across live projects.\nActing as the bridge between clients, project teams, supply chain partners and internal digital functions, you will ensure projects meet contractual information requirements whilst driving the adoption of digital tools, technologies and best practices that improve project outcomes.\nThis is a highly collaborative role that combines digital leadership, stakeholder engagement, information management and continuous improvement to help embed digital delivery at the heart of project execution.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Digital Construction Manager, you will:\nLead the implementation of client digital and BIM requirements across multiple projects and frameworks.\nAct as the primary point of contact for client digital and information management teams.\nEnsure compliance with contractual information obligations, information standards and digital delivery requirements.\nDevelop and manage key project documents including:Information Execution Plans (IEPs)\nBIM Execution Plans (BEPs)\nInformation Delivery Plans (IDPs)\nAsset Information Deliverables\n\nSupport the successful delivery of digital handovers, ensuring information is complete, compliant and of high quality.\nDrive the mobilisation and deployment of digital initiatives and technology pilots across live construction projects.\nProvide training, onboarding and support to project teams to encourage adoption of digital tools and processes.\nCollaborate with project managers, delivery teams, information managers and supply chain partners to ensure consistent understanding of digital requirements.\nMonitor digital delivery risks and implement mitigation measures where required.\nConduct quality assurance checks on project information prior to handover.\nCapture performance data and lessons learned from digital initiatives to support continuous improvement.\nSupport the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies across the business.\nKey Responsibilities\nDigital Delivery & Information Management\nInterpret and implement client digital, BIM and information management requirements.\nEnsure compliance with client standards, contractual obligations and Galliford Try processes.\nSupport project teams in managing asset information, structured data and digital deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate information management activities across multiple projects and frameworks.\nEnsure alignment between project delivery teams and client expectations.\nTechnology & Innovation\nLead the deployment of digital tools and workflows across live projects.\nSupport the adoption of digital construction technologies and best practices.\nCollaborate with software providers and technology partners to optimise systems and resolve issues.\nIdentify opportunities for digital innovation, automation and process improvement.\nSupport innovation initiatives, pilot programmes and business improvement projects.\nStakeholder Engagement & Support\nBuild strong working relationships with clients, project teams and supply chain partners.\nProvide guidance and support to project teams regarding digital requirements and processes.\nDeliver training and awareness sessions to improve digital capability across the business.\nAct as a trusted advisor for digital delivery and information management matters.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused digital professional who combines strong technical knowledge with practical project delivery experience.\nYou'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, influencing teams and helping projects realise the benefits of digital delivery and information management.\nEssential Skills & Competencies\nStrong leadership and influencing skills with the ability (CDE) platforms such as:Autodesk Construction Cloud\nViewpoint for Projects\nField View\nBIM platforms or equivalent systems\n\nStrong understanding of digital handover processes and information management requirements.\nKnowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles and standards.\nExperience managing or supporting digital delivery on construction, infrastructure or utilities projects.\nUnderstanding of Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs) and Asset Information Requirements (AIRs).\nFamiliarity with asset data management, document control and digital assurance processes.\nKnowledge of data structures, automation and systems integration opportunities.\nExperience supporting digital technology adoption and change initiatives.\nUnderstanding of innovation
