This will involve working with a team in establishing new opportunities in which we can invest, bid and secure new projects, ensuring the successful delivery of these projects and maximising the opportunities for all parts of the Group.\nYou will:\nHelp to identify, track and develop future opportunities for GT Investments, predominantly in the Build to Rent residential sector.\nEngage with clients, land owners and funding partners to develop a close relationship, gaining a broad understanding of their needs, requirements and pressures, (e.g. political and financial). Develop a partnership approach with the client involving all members of their team and appropriate members of the bid team and establish who the decision makers are and their key drivers.\nManage and coordinate the project process, ensuring all parties (including colleagues, external partners and professional advisors), have a clear understanding of the project strategy, what is expected of them and their responsibilities in the process.\nSupport the assembly, writing and submission of proposals and offers to ensure that they fully reflect the client’s requirements and manage our risks.\nCoordinate, manage and attend meetings with the client and other members of the project team.\nSupport the production of presentations and participating in presentation of bid proposals to the client and other stakeholders.\nSupport the production of development appraisals for projects and ensuring inputs are received on time and are inclusive of all cost requirements.\nUnderstand the risks of the project and manage the transfer of those risks where appropriate, working with the commercial team to deliver commercially acceptable solutions.\nEngage with the design and build contractor, the design team, the service provider and other key partners, funders and advisors to produce an integrated solution that meets the desired requirements and fits within the financial constraints of the project.\nSupport internal reporting, board and consortium sign off procedures and processes including agreeing bid budgets and controlling expenditure.\nAssist in the appointment of project advisors, design teams and specialists.\nSupport negotiation of contracts from Preferred Bidder to Financial Close.\nSupport the disposal of investment assets to align with our strategic investment plans.\nThis role is available for a September 2027 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit yourself and the business.\nAs part of the graduate programme you will be expected to work in and around the location advertised, with the possibility for expanding travel to other projects and locations in the future.
