Job Title - Procurement Coordinator
Location - Manchester
What you will be doing:
An opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Coordinator to join the team at Galliford Try
What you will be doing:
- Prepare and issue supplier enquiries and requests for quotation.
- Assess supplier quotations and provide recommendations to the Supply Chain & Procurement and Project teams.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Support the procurement of project materials, plant hire, goods and services to meet project requirements.
- Manage the requisition-to-purchase process, ensuring compliance with Company processes, procurement procedures and Preferred Supplier Agreements.
- Assist in monitoring the P2P (Procurement to Payment) process, resolving invoice queries, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.
- Assist in managing live plant hire reports.
- Help ensure the timely and compliant placement of orders, supporting successful project delivery.
- Assist with monitoring supplier performance and resolving supplier-related issues where required.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the wider Supply Chain & Procurement team as needed.

Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet.
