There are local offices based in Hampton and Maple Lodge.\nWhat you will be doing:\nAssuming responsibility for the management of project delivery outputs including programme, financial position, health safety, environmental performance and progress for all allocated schemes\nThe ability to interact in a professional manner with senior representatives of our clients\nTo have a good understanding of IChemE contract conditions and an astute commercial awareness\nResponsible for the day-to-day management of multiple concurrent projects to ensure the successful delivery of the project against the project KPI’s and PI’s\nEnsuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with current Health & Safety regulations, including CDM regulations, & Environmental legislation\nReview/assessment of in-house/subcontractor RAMS, Process Impact Assessments and Environmental legislation\nTo ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental and quality systems\nLiaise with client’s staff to ensure KPI’s are met or exceeded within budget constraints\nTo manage the project team ensuring that each member has a clear set of objectives\nTo assist the Delivery Manager with the development of the direct labour resources\nTo assume responsibility of the financial performance of each project with overall responsibility for Profit/Loss on contracts undertaken\nTo produce project performance reports and participate in monthly financial / programme reviews for all schemes with the Commercial Manager, Framework Manager and Regional Director\nEstablishing and agreeing price variations and final accounts\nPrepare estimates and quotations & provide tender vetting for others\nExperience and Qualifications:\nAn industry applicable ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent\nH&S qualifications (desirable) \nIOSH or CITB 5 Day Site Safety Management (SMSTS)\nCSCS card\nFull UK Driving Licence \nDemonstrable experience of working within the water and / or sewage industries\nStrong team player but also able to work as an individual\nExcellent communication skills (email/phone/face to face)\nWhat We Can Offer in Return:\nWith an impressive order book of over £3.8 billion we are one of the industry’s leading principal contractors, affording you the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects offering you stability as well as the chance to stretch your capabilities and realise long held career goals.
