If speculative CVs are sent, no fee will be applicable - please direct all queries to the relevant Resourcing Partner.\nJob Title - Senior Project Manager\nLocation - West Midlands\nWhat you will be doing:\nLead the end to end delivery of projects from tender award to handover & aftercare\nDevelop and manage project plans, programmes, budgets, and risk registers.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and external suppliers.\nBuild strong relationships with Clients & stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with security protocols, health and safety legislation, and regulatory requirements.\nManage project governance, reporting, and performance against key milestones.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining operational continuity.\nMonitor budgets, control costs, and manage change effectively.\nEnsure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.\nEnsure compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations.\nSupport the development of team members both technically and professionally \nSupport business development by identifying opportunities for service improvement and future work.\nAbout You:\nYou will have experience of working within the Construction industry, specifically on Design and Build, new build and refurbishment projects.\nYou will have significant experience of projects with values over £15million.\nAbility to work as part of and lead a team\nApplicants must have experience of managing Client's, staff and sub-contractors and all aspects of the build process\nExcellent communicator\nProven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex projects.\nPrevious experience working within prisons, custodial environments, or the secure estate (not essential).\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies.\nExperience managing project budgets, programmes, and multidisciplinary teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStrong problem solving, negotiation, and decision making abilities.\nRelevant professional membership (APM, PMI, CIOB, or equivalent).\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel where required.\nAbility to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.\nWhat We Can Offer in Return:\nWith an impressive order book of over £4.3 billion we are one of the industry’s leading principal contractors, affording you the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects offering you stability as well as the chance to stretch your capabilities and realise long held career goals.
