If speculative CVs are sent, no fee will be applicable - please direct all queries to the relevant Resourcing Partner.\nRole Title: Site Manager\nBusiness Unit: OAK Facades\nLocation: UK Wide - Head office (Leicestershire)\nRole Purpose:\nAs a Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of fire remediation and façade projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. You’ll coordinate activities from design through procurement to on-site installation and handover, working closely with project teams and stakeholders.\nYou will have experience of managing all aspects of the build process; the applicant will be required to coordinate the packages from the completed design stage through the procurement phase to installation on site and handover.\nTrade experience and site experience preferable\nUp to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManage site operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery\nCoordinate subcontractors, trades and packages from install through to completion\nLead site progress meetings and provide clear, accurate reporting on programme, risks and performance\nEnsure all works meet health & safety, environmental and quality standards in line with BMS\nReview and control drawings and site documentation, ensuring teams have current information\nMonitor progress against programme and support recovery where required\nWork with the Project Manager to manage costs, resources and delivery targets\nMaintain strong relationships with clients, principal contractors and site teams\nSupport inspections, handover and completion, including maintenance certification\nExperience & Requirements\nSMSTS and CSCS (Site Manager level)\nTrade or hands-on site background (preferred)\nExperience in fire remediation, cladding or façade works (desirable)\nGood understanding of current H&S legislation and site compliance\nAble to read and interpret drawings, specifications and programmes\nFamiliar with site reporting and document control systems\nConstruction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) or working towards (desirable)\nAbout You\nProven experience managing live construction sites and subcontractors\nStrong knowledge of site safety, build sequencing and construction delivery\nConfident leading teams and coordinating multiple trades\nOrganised and proactive, with the ability to manage programme pressures\nClear communicator who builds strong working relationships on site\nWhat We Can Offer in Return:\nWith an impressive order book of over £4.1 billion we are one of the industry’s leading principal contractors, affording you the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects offering you stability as well as the chance to stretch your capabilities and realise long held career goals.
