Position : L2 Support Engineer

Total Experience : 4 - 6 Years

Job Description :

Candidates should have relevant hands-on experience in production support/administration along with exposure to the above IBM integration technologies.

Qualifications :

Mandatory Certification - Candidate must have either :

1. Red Hat OpenShift Administration I : Operating a Production Cluster (DO180)

2. IBM Certified Administrator - CP4I

Required Technical Exposure :

- IBM APIC

- IBM ACE

- IBM DataPower

- OpenShift

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents related to IBM integration middleware to minimize downtime and maintain service level agreements.

- Manage and monitor IBM APIC, ACE, and DataPower environments to ensure optimal performance and security for critical business applications.

- Deploy and maintain containerized applications on OpenShift platforms, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across the production landscape.

- Collaborate with L3 support and development teams to perform root cause analysis on recurring technical issues and implement long-term architectural improvements.

- Communicate technical status updates and incident reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment during high-pressure production scenarios.
