master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology, business administration, organizational development, leadership, education or another behavioral science field preferred\nAt least seven years of experience in course facilitation, training, coaching, consulting, human resources, change management or a related field required\nDemonstrated experience facilitating learning experiences for senior leaders and executive audiences required\nExperience conducting needs analysis and configuring, customizing or creating learning content based on client needs required\nExecutive coaching experience required\nInternational Coaching Federation certification of any level required\nGallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification preferred\nAbility to travel approximately 50% of the time, primarily throughout Southeast Asia, with occasional travel outside the region, required\nCuriosity about AI and a willingness to use emerging technologies to ideate learning content, prepare for coaching and strengthen data-driven client conversations preferred\nA commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Singapore office at least three days per week required when not traveling\nEligibility to work in Singapore required;
