You'll design and scale the systems that bridge the gap between complex energy hardware and seamless digital experiences. Whether you are optimizing our Virtual Power Plant, building high-performance APIs for our customer apps, or engineering the core platform that powers our entire business, your work will be the backbone of the energy transition.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and implement robust, event-driven architectures using Go and Kafka to support a diverse range of product domains.\n\nDevelop high-quality APIs and data integrations that connect our platform to physical devices, external markets, and user-facing interfaces.\n\nIntegrate LLMs and machine learning models into backend services to solve complex problems and enhance our \"Gen AI\" infrastructure.\n\nTake end-to-end responsibility for services, from initial design and testing to deployment and long-term observability.\n\nDesign and implement automation solutions that create real business value - be open to workflow engines (e.g. n8n) and low-code platforms (e.g. Airtable) alongside custom code.\n\nNote: DevOps/SRE/Platform engineers are also very welcome to apply to this opening.\nTech Stack: Backend with GoLang; ML with Python, PyTorch, and LLMs; Frontend with React, Tailwind, and Shadcn; Mobile with Flutter; General tools including Azure, GitHub, Linear, Notion, Kafka, Benthos (data pipeline), n8n / Kestra (workflow engine), and low-code process automation platforms.\nRequirements\nExperience. 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g. top-tier consulting, fast-scaling startups, or similar).\n\nTrack Record. Proven end-to-end responsibility in software engineering or infrastructure/DevOps. From ideation to release.\n\nBackground. Strong background in relevant fields, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.\n\nTechnical Skills. Strong coding skills with proficiency in Go, or similar. Familiarity with event-driven architecture and a \"right tool for the job\" mindset regarding automation. Fluent in spec-driven, AI-assisted development (e.g. Claude Code).\n\nMindset. Self-driven problem-solving mindset - no need for micromanagement or specific tickets.\n\nTechnical Aptitude.
