This role is integral to our IT department, ensuring flawless execution and improvement of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nCoordinate the Microsoft Power Platform tenant, including environments, DLP policies, and Managed Environments configuration.\nEstablish and uphold governance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio agents.\nDevelop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and Copilot agents, ensuring their implementation across different environments.\nManage Dataverse environments, security roles, and application lifecycle management using pipelines and solution-based deployments.\nMonitor Power Platform usage and drive cost optimization and rationalization initiatives.\nSupport and enable citizen developers through standards, templates, training, and the Centre of Excellence toolkit.\nBuild, develop, and maintain Power BI datasets, dataflows, semantic models, and reports.\nCoordinate Power BI workspaces, capacities, gateways, and row-level security.\nImplement governance, sensitivity labels, and sharing controls for Power BI content.\nOptimize data models and DAX measures for performance and scalability.\nCoordinate SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, storage, governance, and lifecycle management.\nSupport SharePoint and OneDrive migration and content restructuring activities.\nImplement and maintain policies for governance, retention, data loss prevention, external sharing, and access control.\nSupport Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI readiness through improving content management and safeguarding access to enterprise content.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nExtensive practical experience in Power Platform administration, including DLP policies and Managed Environments.\nProven Power Apps and Power Automate development experience, including Dataverse and standard/premium connectors.\nHands-on Power BI experience covering data modeling, DAX, Power Query, workspace administration, and capacity management.\nGood knowledge of SharePoint Online administration, site management, permissions, and governance.\nPractical experience with Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.\nSkilled in PowerShell scripting and automation for managing Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.\nKnowledge of security, compliance, retention, DLP, and sensitivity labels within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.\nUnderstanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot preparedness and AI integration principles.\nSolid problem-solving and customer management skills.\n4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and development, specifically focusing on Power Platform and Power BI.\nB.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent qualification.\nMicrosoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, or MS-700 are highly desirable.\n\nCette description de poste a pu être révisée et améliorée à l'aide d'outils d'assistance basés sur l'intelligence artificielle afin d'en accroître la clarté, la cohérence et l'inclusivité.
