operating rhythm\nRun the studio calendar: OKR cycles, leadership meetings, and reviews\nOwn theSOP library and run monthly compliance audits\nMake sure the weekly executive report lands on time and complete\nDelivery operations\nOwn the studio-wide Agile process and sprint calenda r across game teams\nRun the release calendar so every build delivery has a date, an owner, and a go-live checklist\nTrack sprint health and raise risks early, with options\nPeople and culture\nOwn onboarding, probation, exits, attendance, and performance processes\nSet up buddies and structured onboarding so new joiners feel part of the team from day one\nRun regular pulse checks and feedback channels, and act on what the team raises\nSpot morale and retention risks early and work with leads to fix them\nPlan team events, launch and milestone celebrations, and studio-wide gatherings\nSet up recognition for great work and for living the studio's values\nKeep internal communication clear: updates, wins, and changes shared on time\nFinance operations\nAudit the monthly finance reports from Game District's finance team and resolve any gaps\nMaintain and improve the studio'sfinance reporting tools and dashboards\nPrepare monthly finance summaries for the Studio Head\nTrack reimbursements, vendors, and subscriptions\nWorkplace\nOwn the workspace environment and keep improving its layout, comfort, and feel\nRun regular in-office activities that make the studio a place people want to be\nManage furniture, equipment, assets, and stationery\nMake sure every new joiner is fully set up on day one\nStudio Head support and group liaison\nManage the Studio Head's calendar, meeting prep, and follow-ups, and track leadership commitments to closure\nAct as the main contact with Game District's shared HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Admin teams, keeping studio work moving through them on time\nBuilding the operations team\nDocument each area as an SOP while you run it\nHire, train, and hand over once each pipeline is stable\nWhat Success Looks Like\nThe operating, sprint, and release calendars run on time without the Studio Head chasing them\nEvery core process (onboarding, reimbursements, finance review, events) has a written SOP in active use\nGame District's monthly finance reports are audited, and a summary reaches the Studio Head on a fixed date\nNew joiners are fully set up and onboarded within their first week\nTeam engagement is tracked through regular pulse checks and is trending up\nYour first internal operations hire is made, with a clean handover of their area\nWhat You Bring\nMust have\n3+ years of experience in operations, admin, HR, or project management\nExperience in a tech, software, or games company\nComfort handling HR, finance reporting, and admin work hands-on\nOrganised, proactive, and firm on follow-ups\nStrong English communication, written and spoken\nNice to have\nGames industry experience\nAgile / Scrum experience across multiple teams\nExperience working with a parent company or shared services team\nExperience setting up SOPs or an operations function from
