is welcome.\nGenuine passion for mobile entertainment products and curiosity about how they are built, balanced, and monetized.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and mathematical models.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nBonus Requirements\nFamiliarity with mobile F2P games and their core loops, mechanics, and monetization systems.\nProficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic modeling.\nUnderstanding of A/B testing, statistics, or experimentation frameworks.\nFamiliarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.\nEducational background in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related quantitative field.\nFamiliarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma and
