You’ll also use AI-assisted tools and performance insights to continuously raise the quality and efficiency of what we deliver.\nResponsibilities\nSet visual direction for campaigns and produce high-quality promotional and digital assets in line with brand guidelines.\nDesign user flows, wireframes, functional prototypes and responsive layouts that are intuitive and accessible.\nBuild, maintain and evolve scalable component libraries, templates and design workflows.\nTake projects from brief to final delivery, refining briefs with stakeholders and keeping work on track.\nPartner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to align priorities and deliver cohesive experiences.\nRun thorough post-handoff quality checks with developers to reduce design and implementation issues.\nUse performance insights, user feedback and testing results to improve design outcomes.\nUse AI-assisted creative and design tools to work more efficiently without compromising quality.\nReviewing content that has been generated or materially modified using AI tools.\nEnsuring that AI-generated or AI-manipulated content is appropriately disclosed where required by law or organisational policy.\nApplying editorial standards to verify the accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of AI-assisted content before publication.\nMaintaining records of AI use in the editorial process, where required.\nWorking with compliance, legal, and technical teams to implement and maintain AI transparency measures.\nKeeping up to date with developments in AI regulation and organisational policies relating to the use of AI in published content.\nPromoting the responsible, ethical, and transparent use of AI within editorial workflows.\nWhat we’re looking for\n5+ years’ experience in digital design, with strong skills across both UI/UX and creative, and deeper specialism in one.\nExcellent visual design skills across composition, typography, brand identity, campaign assets and digital media.\nProven experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive UI and scalable design systems.\nSolid understanding of accessibility standards and user-centred design.\nConfident with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), prototyping tools and AI-assisted design tools.\nExperience working closely with development teams and carrying out design QA.\nSelf-driven, with strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge and refine briefs.\nWhat success looks like\nYou consistently deliver high-quality creative and UI work on time, in line with our brand guidelines, design system and UX standards.
