Come be a part of something awesome with us! \n\nThe Job:\nGame Reign is looking for a talented and experienced Game Designer to create a new experience for mobile. This position will focus on the creative design of mobile content and you will be expected to wear many hats! The ideal candidate will have extensive proven experience in game design, a strong aptitude for critical thinking and analysis, outstanding people skills, boundless creativity, extensive knowledge of the games, and a longstanding passion for playing games.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nPractical understanding of the game design process, including level design, AI, controls, UI, etc.\nMinimum of 1–2 years’ game design experience or equivalent in the gaming industry\nMinimum Degree/Diploma in a related field\nCan quickly learn and master new tools and implementation techniques\nExcellent communication skills — active listening, accessible verbal, and clear written presentation\nSelf-directed and proactive within a team context, with strong drive, vision, and sense of direction\nCreative, innovative, and positive problem-solving perspective\nGood understanding of game mechanics and what engages players, with ability to design experiences that capture attention and keep players coming back\nQualifications, Skills & Requirements:\nPractical understanding of the design process including level design, AI, controls, UI, etc.\nMinimum of 1-2 years’ game design experience or equivalent in the gaming industry\nMinimum Degree/ diploma in a related field\nCan quickly learn and master new tools and implementation techniques\nExcellent communication - active listening skills, accessible verbal, and written presentation\nSelf-directed within a team context\nCreative innovative, positive problem-solving perspective\nConversational Mandarin proficiency required for business communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.\nPreferences:\nExperience in another game development discipline (Art, Engineering, Animation, UI, Sound, etc.)\nMod community experience\nOur Core Values:\nThese core values are embedded in all roles and applicants must possess the ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our workplace values.
