By overseeing scopes, staffing, timelines, and financial frameworks, you help ensure our work is delivered seamlessly and meets both client expectations and agency standards.\nEssential Roles & Responsibilities\nOperational Leadership & Program Oversight\nProvide operational leadership across assigned accounts, ensuring programs are set up with clear plans, aligned teams, and defined ways of working.\nPartner with Integrated Client Management to translate client goals into actionable operational frameworks.\nOversee program structures and timelines across workstreams, ensuring alignment without owning day-to-day execution.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and gaps across programs, proactively guiding teams toward solutions. \nScope, Staffing, & Financial Management\nLead the development of scopes of work, staffing plans, timelines, and financial frameworks for assigned accounts.\nEnsure programs are structured to balance creative ambition with operational feasibility and financial discipline.\nMonitor budget health and burn trends across programs, flagging risks and guiding course correction as needed.\nSupport scope governance and change management in partnership with Client Management and Finance.\nCross-Functional Alignment\nAlign Creative, Production, Strategy, and Client Management teams around clear plans, priorities, and delivery expectations.\nEnsure integrated ways of working across disciplines, minimizing friction and improving efficiency.\nPartner closely with Production to ensure executional plans are feasible and aligned to operational frameworks.\nClient & Stakeholder Partnership\nSupport client confidence through clear, structured operational planning and visibility into program health.\nParticipate in key client conversations related to delivery, timelines, and operational approach as needed. Flag any risk early with proposed solutions. \nEnsure operational decisions align with broader client objectives and account strategy.\nTeam Leadership & Development \nMentor Associate Directors, Managers, and Coordinators on operational planning, workflow discipline, and best practices.\nReinforce strong process, accountability, and clarity across teams.\nContribute to developing operational talent and strengthening delivery capability across accounts.\nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence \nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and delivery models across programs.\nContribute to building more scalable, efficient ways of working across accounts.\nSupport the evolution of operational standards in partnership with Senior Program Directors and VP, Operations.\nMinimum Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in a creative agency, production, or integrated communications environment.\nExperience managing timelines and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.\nExposure to integrated campaign development across digital, social, broadcast, and experiential.\nExperience interfacing directly with clients and internal stakeholders.\nProficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides); familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, etc.) and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency and insight generation.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nClear, confident communicator, both written and verbal.\nSolutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and respond thoughtfully.\nDetail-driven with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.\nCollaborative and adaptable; comfortable navigating cross-functional teams.\nFoundational understanding of scopes, budgets, and agency financial structures.\nCurious about brands, culture, and the broader business context behind the work.\nThe pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per year.
