You'll design, build, and manage a secure, robust, and efficient IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for a growing, multi-location organization. As both a strategist and a hands-on leader, you'll help us achieve operational excellence and empower our teams to innovate.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong practical experience in several of the following:\nGoogle Workspace administration\nWindows and macOS administration\nIdentity and access management\nEndpoint/device management\nNetworking, Wi-Fi, firewalls and VPNs\nSSO and MFA\nSaaS administration\nBackup and recovery\nEndpoint security\nIT asset management\nIT ticketing/service management tools\nBasic automation of IT administration\nExperience with cloud-first technology organizations is preferred.\nWorking Style and Capabilities\n\nWe are looking for someone who:\n\nTakes ownership and follows issues through to resolution\nCan work independently without constant technical supervision\nIs hands-on and technically curious\nCan research unfamiliar technologies and form a recommendation\nSolves root causes rather than repeatedly fixing symptoms\nCreates clear, structured documentation\nHas strong written and spoken English\nCommunicates effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders\nIs comfortable challenging vendors when necessary\nCan prioritize effectively\nIs proactive rather than reactive\nUnderstands when to solve something internally and when specialist help is required\nUses data and evidence when making recommendations\n\nQualifications\n\nRelevant degree, diploma or equivalent professional experience\n6-8 years of relevant IT / system administration experience\nStrong Google Workspace administration experience\nExperience managing junior IT resources and/or vendors\nRelevant Google, Microsoft, networking, security or cloud certifications are preferred but not mandatory\nPractical capability,
