We're looking for a Software Quality Analyst to join this team and help shape the testing services that support our portfolio of studios.\nAs a Software Quality Analyst, you'll work on medium-complexity projects, planning, executing, and improving test coverage while collaborating closely with studios and cross-functional teams. You'll work independently within your sphere of influence, with guidance on more complex scenarios, and share your expertise to help others grow - all while helping us build a more robust, efficient, and innovative quality function.\nResponsibilities\nTest planning: Independently estimate effort and plan full test coverage using optimization and risk-based approaches, even where projects aren't fully templatized or documented. \nTest execution: Independently execute on functional testing scope as well as load and performance non-functional tests with the guidance of quality engineers.\nTest completion & improvement: Review completed testing and implement improvements geared towards successful project delivery.\n Test environments: Set up and troubleshoot test environments on simple projects (with guidance on medium and large projects), and escalate software and environment issues through to resolution.\nDefect management: Apply best practice to analyze and report defects, contributing to defect prevention across projects.\nStakeholder management: Proactively resolve issues related to project support and stakeholder needs within your sphere of influence.\nProcess improvement: Adhere to and continuously optimize existing QA standards and processes.\nLeadership & knowledge sharing: Coach others on testing solutions, share insights from past issues and their resolutions, and assess projects to improve test strategies and approaches.\nTest consulting: Create test strategies and test approaches for studios and projects.\nLoad & performance testing: Execute non-functional tests with guidance from quality engineers.\nQualifications\nEssential\n3 years of testing experience or an IT-related degree or diploma (e.g. BCom, BDC, NDip) with 2 years' testing experience\nUnderstanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\nProblem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot with assistance\nAbility to prioritise effectively and manage time well\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nRelevant technical skills for software testing\nDesirable\nISTQB Foundation certification\nIntermediate-level QA assessment/certification\nFamiliarity with AI platforms such as Claude\nWhy Join Us?\nGames Global offers a vibrant and inclusive culture, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to be part of an innovative team shaping the future of iGaming.
