You balance creative problem-solving with operational precision, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.\nYou are a key connector across creative, strategy, account, and production, responsible for aligning teams and managing vendors to bring complex activations to life.\nEmployment Structure\nThis role will begin as a temporary assignment with the strong potential to convert to a full-time position.\nResponsibilities\nProduction Leadership & Execution\nLead planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple experiential activations.\nTranslate briefs and SOWs into clear production plans and timelines.\nOversee fabrication, technical builds, permitting, and onsite operations.\nLead onsite execution including load-in/out, show calling, and client management.\nVendor & Partner Management\nSource, negotiate, and manage vendors and production partners.\nBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships to support future work.\nManage staffing plans, workflows, and safety protocols.\nFinancial Management\nBuild and manage project budgets in partnership with leadership and finance.\nTrack invoices, payments, and reconciliation through project close.\nIdentify efficiencies and solutions to balance creative ambition with budget realities.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with creative, strategy, and account teams to align production approach.\nContribute production expertise to pitches and proactive opportunities.\nSeamlessly integrate into projects at various stages as needed.\nTeam & Culture\nStay informed on trends across culture, technology, and experiential marketing.\nProactively identify opportunities to improve execution and client service.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong project and production management skills across multiple workstreams.\nSkilled negotiator with understanding of industry pricing and vendor dynamics.\nSolutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate and solve problems proactively.\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nFinancial fluency across budgets, scopes, and reconciliation.\nMinimum Qualifications\n3-6 years of experience in experiential or live event production.\nExperience managing mid- to large-scale production budgets.\nProven vendor management and production execution experience.\nProficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Box, Asana, and related tools.\nWillingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.\nAvailability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days/week in office\nThe pay range for the freelance position is $1,750 - $2,000 / week.
