This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and the ability to drive the team towards operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and resource the infrastructure team to foster a high-performance culture and hit project targets.\nArchitecture & Planning: Design scalable hybrid roadmaps and Kubernetes-centric system architectures aligned with business goals.\n Automation & CI/CD: Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation using Ansible and Terraform to streamline deployments.\nOperations & Reliability: Maintain performance, monitoring, and uptime across physical servers, networks, storage, and Kubernetes clusters;
