To abide to filing protocols on site.\n\n• To receive all incoming and outgoing correspondences including drawings, letters, emails, PMIS etc.\n• To stamp the date of receipt on all incoming correspondences.\n• To print and distribute all incoming correspondences as per distribution list.\n• To prepare Drawing Issue Slips and attach same with drawings for distribution and ensure acknowledgement of recipient on the issue slips.\n• To print and file all documents, drawings, emails and attachments etc.as per the filing index.\n• To scan (where applicable) and upload all documents on SharePoint as per the filing structure.\n• To send all original documents received on site to Head Office for main filing.\n• To collect superseded drawings from site staff and label same as superseded.\n• To ensure that relevant /updated version of drawings are in circulation.\n• To archive documents as per the archiving protocol.\n• To maintain and update all Registers including Drawing Registers.\n• To fill in the despatch book for all outgoing correspondences.\n• To fill in the Daily Dairy and submit same to the Site Manager on a daily basis.\n• To fill the Filing Status Sign Off Sheet on a fortnightly basis, seek approval from the Site Manager and send to Head Office.\n\nEXPERIENCE\nAt least 2 years experience\nQUALIFICATION\nHSC
