We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn problem areas from concept to launch, producing flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specs with an eye for usability and craft\n\nCollaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features across core product surfaces\n\nDefine success criteria and ship features that move activation, retention, or conversion\n\nCreate quick prototypes and run lean experiments, iterating based on data to drive measurable outcomes\n\nPartner tightly with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and maintainable\n\nConduct user research, usability testing, and design critiques to validate and refine solutions\n\nWhat you'll bring\n5+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a strong portfolio showing shipped work, ideally on productivity or workflow tools\n\nProficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools with the ability to produce clear specs and collaborate closely with engineering\n\nMetrics-minded approach with experience setting success criteria and shipping features that moved key product metrics\n\nStrong visual design skills with attention to detail, an understanding of design systems, and the judgment to balance craft with velocity\n\nExperience working in small, fast-paced teams where you owned projects from research through shipped UI\n\nFamiliarity with modern productivity tools or ecosystems like Notion, Craft, or similar, with an understanding of how users actually work in these products\n\nFluency with AI-powered design tools and workflows - actively keeping up with the evolving landscape (e.g., AI prototyping, generative design, etc.) and folding the best of it into your process\n\nCompensation range:\nThe base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $180K - $260K plus benefits & equity.\nFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.\nIf you're interested in this role but you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway!
