Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.\nWhat is the role responsible for?\nAs we undergo a significant transformation, we are seeking a Change Enablement Manager to help ensure successful adoption, readiness and sustained use of new processes and technologies across our Lead-to-Cash (L2C) transformation.\nThis role is not a traditional training role. It is focused on driving adoption and behaviour change in the business, ensuring that new ways of working are understood, embedded and sustained across Sales, Delivery and Operations.\nYou will be responsible for shaping and delivering the enablement and adoption approach, including training strategy, user readiness, champion networks and post-go-live reinforcement. Training content is part of the role, but only one lever within a broader adoption strategy.\nWhat will you be doing day-to-day?\nHere are a few examples of what you could be involved with:\nSupport the shaping and delivery of the adoption, readiness and enablement approach, aligned to the overall transformation direction.\nHelp drive business readiness for new processes and systems, working across Sales, Delivery and Operations to ensure teams are prepared ahead of release.\nSupport the translation of new processes and ways of working into clear, role-based guidance for end users.\nBuild and support a network of SMEs / Change Champions to help drive adoption within their teams.\nHelp line managers and supervisors support change and reinforce new ways of working.\nIdentify and respond to resistance to change, working with managers, SMEs and Transformation team colleagues to address challenges and reinforce adoption.\nDevelop and maintain enablement assets (job aids, user guides, walkthroughs, quick reference tools), complementing any required training content.\nLeverage digital adoption tools and e-learning platforms to support learning in the flow of work.\nMonitor adoption measures and user feedback, flagging gaps and feeding improvement opportunities back into the team.\nWork closely with Product, Delivery, Process and Transformation colleagues to embed enablement into delivery activities rather than bolt it on at the end.\nProvide post-go-live support and reinforcement (hypercare) to help embed and sustain changes.\nSupport embedding knowledge, capability and ownership within Gamma through the SME / champion network.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:\nExperience in change enablement, adoption support, change management or training within a transformation environment.\nPractical understanding of how to support and reinforce behaviour change, not just deliver training content.\nExperience working alongside cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Ops, Service), supporting adoption within those teams.\nAbility to translate complex change into clear, practical guidance and support materials for end users.\nExperience supporting an SME / champion network or similar peer-based change approach.\nGood stakeholder management and communication skills to engage peers, managers and subject matter experts.\nFamiliarity with digital adoption tools, e-learning platforms or similar technologies.\nAbility to use adoption feedback and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced transformation with multiple priorities and managing your own workload.\nWhat do we offer you?\n25 days annual leave + birthday \nSubsidised private medical insurance\n5.1% matched pension contributions\nEnhanced parental leave\nLife assurance and Income protection\nShare save and incentive plans\nElectric Vehicle and Cycle scheme\nEmployee discounts\nVolunteer day\nA few things to note\nWe require all candidates to be eligible to work in the UK and pass a basic DBS check\nIf you don’t meet every requirement but feel you could thrive in this role, we would still encourage you to apply.\nThis role is hybrid 3-days onsite from our London office.\nGamma is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building diverse, inclusive teams where everyone feels valued and can be their authentic selves.
