Whether it's helping a new partner get up to speed quickly, enabling their teams to confidently launch a new product, or ensuring they can find the answers they need when they need them, great learning plays a critical role in that experience.\nAs a Digital Learning Designer, you'll help bring that experience to life. You'll turn complex products and processes into engaging, accessible and impactful learning experiences that build knowledge, confidence and capability across our channel community and customer base.\nBy liaising with our Channel Partners and working closely with our Product Owner Managers, Business Analysts, Sales Enablement and subject matter experts, you'll influence learning approaches from the outset, ensuring solutions are driven by genuine user needs and deliver measurable business value. Your work will help partners onboard new team members faster, sell and support Gamma services more effectively and ensure they’re ready for new products, services and technologies as they evolve.\nYou'll take ownership of the entire learning lifecycle, from discovery and design through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement, creating experiences across Gamma Academy and our customer knowledge environments.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity, technology and problem-solving. You'll be confident with using AI tools throughout the learning design workflow to improve efficiency, creativity and quality, while applying sound judgement to ensure outputs are accurate, accessible, on-brand and appropriate for the audience.\nSuccess isn't measured by the volume of content you create, but by the impact it has: helping people achieve more, increasing partner confidence and capability and making Gamma easier to do business with.\nWhat will you be doing day-to-day?\nHere are a few examples of what you could be involved with:\nLead the end-to-end design and development of digital learning solutions, from needs analysis through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement. \nOwn learning design decisions and recommend the most effective blend of learning methods, formats and technologies.\nDesign and produce high-quality multimedia learning content including video, animation, and graphics.\nEnsure learning assets meet brand, accessibility and quality standards.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Delivery, Pre-Sales and Customer Success.\nDefine success measures for learning solutions and evaluate impact and use data and insight to drive continuous improvement.\nLead deployment and management of learning content in Totara LMS and WordPress knowledge bases.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills: \nProven experience designing and delivering end-to-end digital learning experiences.\nStrong multimedia design particularly video, animation and graphics.\nExperience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.\nExcellent instructional design skills, with a talent for making complex or technical subjects simple and engaging.\nConfident stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with SMEs, Product and Delivery teams.\nA data-driven approach to learning, using feedback and insight to measure impact and continuously improve.\nProficiency in using AI tools across the learning design workflow to improve efficiency, creativity and quality, with strong judgement around accuracy, accessibility, data protection and responsible use.\nExperience working with LMS and digital learning platforms, combined with a strong understanding of accessibility, quality and digital learning best practice.\nWhat do we offer you?\n25 days annual leave + birthday \nSubsidised private medical insurance\n5.1% matched pension contributions\nEnhanced parental leave\nLife assurance and Income protection\nShare save and incentive plans\nElectric Vehicle and Cycle scheme\nEmployee discounts\nVolunteer day\nA few things to note\nWe require all candidates to be eligible to work in the UK and pass a basic DBS check.\nIf you don’t meet every requirement but feel you could thrive in this role, we would still encourage you to apply.\nThis role is hybrid 3-day onsite from our Manchester office.\nGamma is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building diverse, inclusive teams where everyone feels valued and can be their authentic selves.
