The role combines facilities management, health and safety administration, procurement support, and reception services, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting other company locations remotely when required.\n\nWhat will you be doing day-to-day? \nHere are a few examples of what you could be involved with:\nAct as the primary contact for facilities-related queries.\nCoordinate maintenance activities and liaise with contractors and service providers.\nManage office supplies, consumables, stationery and workplace equipment.\nConduct regular building inspections and report defects.\nComplete scheduled site health and safety inspections, checklists and audits.\nCarry out weekly fire alarm tests and maintain records.\nConduct monthly emergency lighting tests and coordinate annual certification requirements.\nMaintain health and safety documentation and statutory records.\nManage Fire Marshal and First Aider registers.\nRaise facilities and procurement purchase orders.\nProvide a professional reception service.\nWelcome and manage visitors, deliveries, mail and meeting room bookings.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills: \nCapable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team\nGood interpersonal skills; high integrity; customer focused; and quality driven\nMust be able to multi-task and be proactive.\nAbility to establish & maintain effective working relationships.\nPrevious experience in facilities, workplace or office coordination\nExperience of managing a reception and general office environment\nExperience of health and safety inspections, contractor management, purchase orders and supplier management.\nFirst Aid or Fire Marshal experience desirable\n\nWhat do we offer you?\n25 days annual leave + birthday \nSubsidised private medical insurance\n5.1% matched pension contributions\nEnhanced parental leave\nLife assurance and Income protection\nShare save and incentive plans\nElectric Vehicle and Cycle scheme\nEmployee discounts\nVolunteer day\n\nA few things to note \nWe require all candidates to be eligible to work in the UK and pass a basic DBS check.\nIf you don’t meet every requirement but feel you could thrive in this role, we would still encourage you to apply.\nGamma is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building diverse, inclusive teams where everyone feels valued and can be their authentic selves.
